Cognitive Load Budget is a neutral accounting tool for logging activities and viewing balances.
It is not medical care, therapy, or a mental health service.

What we collect
- Account identifiers: a user ID created by our authentication provider.
- Ledger data you enter: entries (category, duration, intensity, units), daily budget/settings, and timestamps.
- Subscription status (if you purchase Pro): entitlement/subscription state and purchase events needed to grant access.
- Basic technical data: device/app version and error information needed to keep the app working.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not run targeted advertising based on your ledger.
- We do not request medical records or diagnoses.
How we use data
- To store and display your ledger and settings.
- To compute balances and summaries inside the app.
- To process and restore Pro access (if purchased).
- To protect the service from abuse and maintain reliability.
Service providers
We use third parties to operate the app:
- Supabase (authentication and database): stores your ledger and settings.
- RevenueCat (subscriptions): manages subscription entitlements and purchase validation.
- Apple App Store (payments): processes subscription payments.
Data retention
We retain your ledger data as long as your account exists or as needed to provide the service.
You may request deletion (see below).
Your choices
- Access: you can request a copy of your data.
- Deletion: you can request deletion by emailing Hundrexa@gmail.com. Include your user ID if available.
- Subscriptions: you can manage or cancel Pro in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Security
We use standard security measures and encryption in transit. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
Children
This app is not intended for children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. If we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above.
