These Terms govern your use of the Caffeine tracking app (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Informational only (not medical advice)

The App provides estimates and informational tracking tools only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have health concerns or feel unwell, seek professional medical help.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use the App and the accuracy of what you enter.
You agree not to use the App for unlawful activities.
You agree not to attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the App or its backend services.

Accounts

You can use the App in Guest mode without an account.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in method.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is abuse or security risk.

Data

Guest-mode data is stored on your device. Signed-in data is stored to enable syncing. You can export data in-app. Signed-in users can delete their account in-app.

Subscriptions (if offered)

If paid features are offered in the future, purchases are handled by the app store and/or payment providers. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation options will be shown at purchase time.

Intellectual property

The App, its design, and code are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the App except as allowed by law.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date above.
